Use 1g of tea for every 100 ml of water
Heat water to 80–85°C and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Cold Brew
Cold Brew
Use 5–10g of tea per 500ml of room-temperature water, depending on your preferred strength
Place in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours, strain before serving
