Pro tips

  1. Preheat your teaware: Before brewing, warm up all your teaware, including the teapot and cup, using hot water with a temperature similar to the brewing temperature indicated in the instructions. This will help maintain the tea's optimal temperature, ensuring a better flavor.
  2. Rinse the tea leaves: Rinse the dried tea leaves with the hot water used for preheating your teaware for about 5 seconds to open up the leaves and awaken their fragrance. 
  3. Be experimental: Follow the instructions for a safe and decent flavor, but feel free to experiment with the tea quantity, brewing temperature, and time to your liking. More tea can result in a stronger brew, while too high temperature or long brewing time can make it bitter. And vice versa.
  4. Remove tea: Avoid over-brewing by taking out the tea net or pouring the tea into a pitcher.
  5. Mix the brew: Pour the brewed tea into a pitcher to distribute the flavor evenly. If you don't have a pitcher, use a spoon to mix it properly.
  6. Smile and enjoy.
