Pricing
For this first forest tea gathering, a sliding-price model is introduced so the event can stay both sustainable and accessible.
Community — 250 NOK
For anyone who would benefit from a lower-price option.
Standard — 350 NOK
The regular price of the gathering.
Supporter — 450 NOK
For anyone who is happy to contribute a little more and help make the Community price possible.
The gathering is exactly the same whichever option you choose. Please simply choose the price that feels right for you.
Weather
This is an outdoor gathering, and a little changing weather is part of the experience.
If the forecast calls for heavy rain, strong wind or conditions that would make the gathering uncomfortable or unsafe, the gathering will be postponed.
If this happens, you can transfer your booking to the new date or receive a refund.

Meet at 13:45 at Lutvannsveien bus stop.
By public transport:
Take metro Line 2 to Haugerud, then change to bus 69 toward Lutvann. Get off at Lutvannsveien.
By car:
There are a small number of parking spaces near the entrance to Lutvann leir, close to our meeting point.
What to bring
What to bring
- comfortable shoes suitable for forest paths
- clothes appropriate for the weather
- something small to sit on, such as a sitting mat or picnic blanket
- 500 ml of plain drinking water to contribute to our shared tea water
- any additional drinking water you would like for yourself
The 500 ml contribution helps us share the weight of carrying all the water into the forest together 🌿
Tea, teaware and everything else for the tea table will be provided.
