This organic Honey Black Tea is grown in Taiwan, where warm mountain climates and careful cultivation create teas with natural depth and sweetness.

The brewed tea is full-bodied and smooth, with gentle notes of honey, cocoa and soft caramel.

It is an easy tea to return to. Comforting without being heavy, rich yet soft, and approachable for both new tea drinkers and long-time tea lovers.

Brewing Guide (Western Style)

Use 1g of tea for every 100ml of water.
Heat water to 95°C and steep for 4–6 minutes.
Remove the leaves once the desired strength is reached to prevent over-extraction.


You can adjust the tea-to-water ratio, temperature, or steeping time to match your personal taste.

Brewing Guide (Gongfu Style)

Warm your Gaiwan with hot water, then empty it.
Add 5g of tea to a 120–150ml Gaiwan.
Pour in 95°C water and steep for 15-25 seconds for the first infusion.
Increase steeping time slightly with each round — Honey Black can be brewed 4–6 times, revealing new layers of honey and fruit notes.

Feel free to experiment with leaf ratio, water temperature, and infusion length — each adjustment reveals a different character of the tea.
